They can join by paying the daily drop-in fee: Adult: $25; Youth: $15

Yes, you will need to pay the price difference between the memberships. Note: The price difference must be paid in cash, not credit.
Q: Can I request a vacation leave for my membership?
Yes, but this request must be made on the day you sign up for the membership.
Q: Can I transfer my membership to my friend if I no longer need it?
No, memberships cannot be transferred to friends. However, they can be transferred to a family member.
Q: What is the benefit of referring a friend to join the membership?
You will receive a $20 bonus if you refer someone who signs up for a membership of 3 months or longer. The bonus will be given after 10 days of their sign-up date. Your referral code can be found in your member app. Share this code with your friend to use during online sign-up.

No, credits do not expire. However, they can only be used while your membership is active. On the last day of your current membership, credits may be applied toward renewal.
Q: Can I cash out the credit?
No, the credit is not cashable.

No, top-up value can only be purchased with cash.
Q: Can I share my credit with my family?
Yes. For example, if a parent signs up, their credit can be used to register a family member for an academy session.

Q: Can I bring a non-member to join my booking?
Yes, you can bring a non-member to join your booking, but they must pay for the cleaning fees. One member can waive the cleaning fee for one non-member.
Q: Is there a limit on the number of people using the court?
No, there is no strict limit.
Q: Can I book a court and pay the cleaning fee using credit?
Yes, the cleaning fee can be paid using your credit.
Q: What happens if I cancel the session within 48 hours?
Members will receive 50% booking fee credit back to their account. Non-members will not receive any refund for the booking.
Q: What happens if I do not attend the session without notice?
You will be charged the full amount for the session.
