Court Rental

Cancellation Policy:

Cancel within 2 days: Members get 50% credit refund; Non-members no refund.

No-shows: Fully charged for both members and non-members.

Rescheduling: Allowed 48+ hours before the session, subject to availability.

Gym Services (Members Only)

Late by 15 minutes: Session canceled, no refund.

Rescheduling: Allowed 24+ hours before the session, subject to availability.

Locker Rental

Lost Key: $20 replacement fee.

Locker Damage: Repair/replacement at user's expense.

No Locker Sharing: Only the registered user may use the locker.

Equipment Rental

Must be returned in original condition.

Damage/Loss: Replacement or repair fee applies.
